John Murray

John Murray John is MD of Crossing the Line a small Irish based indie. Over the last 20 years, he has filmed and directed over 30 films for some of the world’s leading broadcasters and produced over 70 with leading Irish and international directors in the process winning numerous national and international awards including 5 Emmy nominations and a Grierson nomination. He filmed and directed “On a River in Ireland” which won the Grand Teton at Jackson Hole and the Golden Panda at Wildscreen and ‘Broken Tail’ which won the Grand Teton at Jackson Hole. He produced and co-directed ‘Here Was Cuba’ the 50th anniversary film for America’s public broadcaster PBS on the Cuban Missile Crisis.
