Offspring have been TXing their latest Amazing Animal Families series all about Dogs this month also announced a fantastic Sky1 commission of 3 series of 3 x 60 minuters. The first series, which is already in production, is titled ONE WILD DAY and is due to air early in 2018.

Offspring Films’ RED APE is written and directed by Rowan Musgrave. It was commissioned by the BBC’s Roger Webb, editor of the Natural World strand, as a co-production with BBC Worldwide and Discovery, overseen by John Hoffman and Jon Bardin.
The order is the latest in a line of recent successes for Offspring which was set up in 2014 by Williamson, an ex-BBC Natural History Unit exec. Other up-coming projects include a three-part series for Sky1 on giants of the animal kingdom due to be shown this summer.

Big Wave are supporting the Shark Trust UK’s ‘No Limits?’ campaign to introduce better protection for sharks. An online ‘thunderclap’ campaign launched during the shows transmission reached over 11 million people & was supported by Richard Branson, Gordon Ramsay & many others.

After a great response to our new kids show Gudrun - The Viking Princess- narrated by David Tennant for CBeebies the team are gearing up to film series 2 due out later this year. We are also busy editing our exciting Blue chip special on Shetland for BBC Scotland and gearing up for more filming trips for our international bluechip Wildlife Special - Wild Way of the Vikings. NHN Corporate Members' Talesmith, and Dream Reality Interactive have come together in association with Factory 42 in a new world-first interactive virtual reality experience. Users will get ‘hands-on’ access to rare objects, while a three-dimensional hologram of Sir David offers his own unique insight on each specimen in a one-on-one interactive experience.
In Hold the World, Sir David and the Natural History Museum will be brought together using a combination of interactive video game technology and TV documentary. For the first time ever, Sir David will be transformed into a hologram and will guide participants to virtually ‘handle’ ancient fossils and specimens, using his passion for the natural world to bring the objects to life.
Talesmith have been jointly commissioned along with Coffee & TV through their SPV FLYRIDE, by P.E.L Creative to create a giant screen immersive film experience. The film is being specially made for a brand new visitors’ centre being built at the Changbaishan National Park in China by Legend Tourism Investment . It will offer a unique 4D perspective on an environment rich in natural history in this area of outstanding natural beauty.
Biome Productions is a young, driven and close knit production team located in Kingsdown, specialising in the application of VR technology to wildlife filmmaking. Based in Bristol, the international hub of the industry, Biome is well equipped to tackle a wide variety of projects and can adapt to meet your specific requirements.

Ammonite's producers Martin Dohrn and Ingrid Kvale are thrilled to be presenting the World Premiere of their production Age of the Big Cats - Puma at the International Big Cats Film Festival on World Wildlife Day on Friday 2nd March at the UN Headquarters in New York.
Passion Planet has a worldwide reputation for its innovative documentary storytelling in science, natural history and specialist factual programming. Working together with Passion Pictures, we pride ourselves on providing a creative home for ambitious projects for both theatrical release and landmark television distribution.
David Allen heads up the team which has over-seen productions ranging from one-off shows like Discovery/BBC's Saba and the Rhino’s Secret, and BBC Natural World titles like Titus; a Gorilla King, The Unnatural History of London, and the multi-award winning My Life as a Turkey. David’s recent series EARTH: A New Wild for PBS/Nat Geo, includes five films that crack the difficult task of bringing conservation to commercial landmark television. Further to our TV slate, and tapping into Passion Picture’s Oscar winning experience with theatrical release documentaries, we recently produced Hadwin’s Judgement for CBC and Film Four and are in production on Serengeti Rules, a feature doc in production for HHMI. Passion is also in production with a high-profile VR film ‘My Africa’ in the Maasai Mara and Kenya’s Northern rangelands, and has set up a media think tank to help communicate critical stories about conservation to a wider audience.
