Tech Sessions - POV: Behind The Scenes @ Jackson Hole 2017
“The aim isn’t to be the animal, it is to be like the animal”, was the perfect description of John Downer’s spy cameras from Spy in the Wild, and the recipe for inciting behaviour in the animals. Joining John was host, Philippa Forrester, and fellow panel member, Mike Gunton, to discuss the work behind the successful Planet Earth 2 and Spy in the Wild Series.
At the heart of these stories is intimacy, and both series aimed to provide different approaches to storytelling.
